Bridgepoint completed the acquisition of Fishawack Health from LDC Managers from £240m.

Bridgepoint, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Fishawack Health, a UK-headquartered global healthcare communications agency, from LDC, for £240m. "With the financial and strategic support of LDC we have been able to set the wheels in motion on our ambitious expansion plans," Oliver Dennis, Fishawack Health Co-founder and CEO.
