Palladium Equity Partners completed the acquisition of ALC Schools and Red Rock Technology, two mission-driven providers of alternative transportation solutions to school districts in the United States, from American Logistics. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to partner with Palladium during our next phase of growth.
