Aero Precision completed the acquisition of Kellstrom Defense from Dubin Clark.

Odyssey-backed Aero Precision, a military aviation aftermarket distributor, completed the acquisition of Kellstrom Defense, an aftermarket sustainment solutions provider, from Dubin Clark, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The combination of Aero Precision and Kellstrom Defense's aftermarket solutions and expanded global channel will ensure our government and military aviation customers worldwide receive improved mission readiness through ample support capabilities.
