Core & Main to acquire R&B Co.

Core & Main, a US-based distributor of water, sewer and fire protection products, agreed to acquire R&B Co, which provides municipalities with a line of active fire protection products and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of R&B will allow us to grow by broadening our customer base and expanding our end markets.
