Refinitiv completed the acquisition of Scivantage from Edison Partners and Brown Brothers Harriman.

Refinitiv, a global provider of financial markets data and infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Scivantage, a trusted software as a service provider in the fintech market, from Edison Partners, a growth equity firm that focuses on technology-enabled solutions in finTech, healthcare IT and enterprise software, and Brown Brothers Harriman, a provider of investment management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring Scivantage at this stage affords a tremendous opportunity for us to work together on our shared goal of creating next-generation digital wealth management solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
