Aero Snow to acquire Tovar Snow Professionals.

Mill Point-backed Aero Snow, a provider of diversified municipal and facility maintenance services, agreed to acquire Tovar Snow Professionals, a provider of commercial snowplowing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together, our presence will be much larger with an enhanced infrastructure that provides us with additional resources to uphold our ice and snow management services that we know are mission critical for our customers,” Daryl Hendricks, Aero Snow CEO.
