GTCR-backed RevSpring completed the acquisition of Loyale Healthcare.

GTCR-backed RevSpring, a provider of patient engagement and payment solutions, completed the acquisition of Loyale Healthcare, a comprehensive patient financial engagement technology platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The RevSpring team is committed to providing the premier patient payment solution in the market by providing easy payment options at every touchpoint.
