Fugro, a provider of geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions, completed the acquisition of OREX, a provider of ground investigation and material testing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction positions Fugro well in central Europe by combining our strong consulting teams with increased advanced laboratory testing capabilities, thus securing a firm foundation for significant competitive advantage," Ray Wood, Fugro Global Director for Land Site Characterisation.
