CML Microsystems completed the acquisition of Plextek RFI.

CML Microsystems, which designs, manufactures and markets semiconductors, completed the acquisition of Plextek RFI, a UK-based design house specialising in the design and development of RFICs, MMICs and microwave/mm-wave modules. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PRFI's dedicated and experienced team enhances our strategy for expansion within Communications markets.
