Michelin completed the acquisition of ConVeyBelts from Teak Capital.

Michelin, a French multinational tyre manufacturer, agreed to acquire ConVeyBelts, a manufacturer of conveyor belts used in the mining, steel, and transportation areas, from Teak Capital, a turnaround management acquisition corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
