Capital Croissance and Irdi Sordiec to acquire a stake in Ach@t Solutions.

Capital Croissance and Irdi Sordiec, two private equity firms, agreed to acquire a stake in Ach@t Solutions, a provider of public contracts solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Our financial investors will increase our cash flow to support our strategy of internal innovation and external growth.
