Wiener Stadtwerke, a municipal infrastructure services provider, agreed to acquire a 28.35% stake in EVN, an Austrian-based producer and transporter of electricity, from EnBW, an electric utility company, for $895m. "We have taken the opportunity to exit our indirect stake in EVN on financially attractive terms.
