Odyssey-backed 4Wall Entertainment completed the acquisition of Smart AV.

Odyssey-backed 4Wall Entertainment, a global provider of lighting, video & rigging equipment and services, completed the acquisition of Smart AV, a UK-based provider of audio and visual products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In the midst of uncertainty surrounding Covid-19, joining 4Wall is a very exciting step forward for Smart AV, our clients and the wider industry.
