Accenture, a global professional services company, completed the acquisition of Context Information Security, a cyber defense consultancy, from Babcock International Group, a multinational corporation headquartered in the United Kingdom, for £107m. "This acquisition is an excellent match for us, combining a group of highly skilled cybersecurity professionals globally while providing differentiated services to clients in the UK market.
