Kingspan Group completed the acquisition of Colt Group.

Kingspan Group, a building materials company based in Ireland, completed the acquisition Colt Group, a provider of innovative solutions and products for smoke control, ventilation, solar shading and climate control projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're delighted to take these exciting new steps with Colt and is looking forward to a bright future with this new addition to our division," Liam McDaniel, Kingspan Managing Director.
