Goldman Sachs and TELOS to form a joint venture.

Goldman Sachs' Alternative Energy Investing Group and TELOS Clean Energy, a clean energy developer, agreed to form a joint venture to develop, construct, own, and operate distributed solar power projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to be working with the Alternative Energy Investing Group at Goldman Sachs.
