Datsit Sphere completed the acquisition of Bristow Global Media from Kew Media Group.

Datsit Spherea, a French Canadian producer-distributor, completed the acquisition of Bristow Global Media, a Canadian content production company, from Kew Media Group, a publicly listed content company.
