EG Group withdrew its $18m offer for Oliver’s Real Food.

EG Group, a British retailer based in Blackburn which operates petrol stations and fast food outlets, withdrew its $18m offer for Oliver’s Real Food, a certified organic fast food chain. The deal did not proceed as OLI’s net indebtness exceeded the agreed amount.
