Midroc Electro, a security & safety systems provider, completed the acquisition of Ørnulf Wiig Installation, an industrial services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I see Ørnulf Wiig Installasjon as an important strategic investment considering their specialist competence in housing construction. Combined with our existing expertise in commercial properties, this means that we now have a much broader offer to our customers," Anders Bredesen, Midroc Electro division manager.
