WebMD Health to acquire StayWell from Merck.

WebMD Health, a company in health information services for consumers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, agreed to acquire StayWell, which provides health engagement solutions, from Merck, a global healthcare company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "StayWell and WebMD both focus on developing health education and employee well-being programs that engage and empower individuals wherever they may be in their personal health journey.
