Savencia Fromage & Dairy, a food company specializing in the production of cheeses, and Sodiaal, a dairy cooperative, to form Compagnie des Fromages & RichesMonts joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the strong brands of CF&R, Le Rustique, Coeur de Lion and RichesMonts, this merger will consolidate our major positions in Europe and will accelerate their development in international," Jean-Paul Torris, Savencia Fromage & Dairy Managing Director.
