The Carlyle Group-backed Liberty Tire Recycling completed the acquisition of Lakin Tire.

The Carlyle Group-backed Liberty Tire Recycling, a provider of tire recycling services in North America, completed the acquisition of Lakin Tire, a tire removal and recycling company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Similar to Liberty, Lakin has a long heritage of providing outstanding customer service and has a deep commitment to sustainability.
