Warburg Pincus to invest $63.5m in Superlogica.

Warburg Pincus agreed to invest $63.5m in Superlogica, a Brazil-based IT company with a focus on real estate and financial services. The investment will be used to develop products and services in order to improve the experience of those who live in the more than 45k condominiums that use the Superlógica and Base Software platform. This will only be possible with the partnership of more than 2.2k client administrators.
