Temasek, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary MacRitchie Investments, agreed to acquire 91Streets Media Technologies, developer an e-commerce platform, focusing on the sale of medicines and nutraceuticals by retailers/retail pharmacies, Ascent, wholesaler B2B sale and distributor of pharmaceutical and API. Financial terms were not disclosed.
