AMTD Digital to acquire PolicyPal.

AMTD Digital, a digital finance arm of AMTD Group, agreed to acquire PolicyPal, a Singapore-headquartered insurance startup. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have seen a rapid 105% growth for our gross premium underwritten in the past few months.
