Eppendorf to acquire the centrifuge business of Koki.

Eppendorf, a biotech company, agreed to acquire the centrifuge business of Koki, a provider of electric tools and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Eppendorf will become a full-line provider of high-performance premium centrifuges on a global level.
