UniCredit completed the acquisition of 32.5% stake in Esselunga’s Real Estate Firm La Villata for $467m.

UniCredit, Milan-based financial services firm, completed the acquisition of 32.5% stake in Milan-based real estate manager, La Villata SpA Immobiliare di Investimento e Sviluppo (La Villata), from Giuliana Albera Caprotti and Marina Sylvia Caprotti, for a cash consideration of $467m.
