Softlab-backed Tech Rain to invest in Acotel Group.

Softlab-backed Tech Rain, a company operating in the IT, financing and cybersecurity areas, agreed to invest in Acotel Group, an Italy based company involved in the telecom services business sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. Acotel Group is a listed holding company of the group active in digital entertainment, advanced energy consumption monitoring services and remote management, also internationally with offices in Brazil, India and the USA.
