Argos Wityu-backed Factum completed the acquisition of AGL Services.

Argos Wityu-backed Factum, a provider of leasing solutions, completed the acquisition of AGL Services, a car rental specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For more than 30 years, our customers and employees have felt attached to our company and our know-how. We have developed real expertise in this market.
