DCC Healthcare to acquire Amerilab Technologies for $85m.

DCC Health & Beauty Solutions, a manufacturer of nutritional, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, agreed to acquire Amerilab Technologies, a specialist provider of contract manufacturing and related services in effervescent nutritional products, for $85m. "The acquisition of Amerilab significantly enhances our existing presence in the US market.
