Government of Russian Federation completed the acquisition of Venezuelan assets of Rosneft.

The Government of Russian Federation completed the acquisition of Venezuelan assets of Rosneft, an oil and natural gas exploration company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Russian government acquired the entirety of Venezuelan businesses of Rosneft, including joint ventures of Petromonagas, Petroperija, Boqueron, Petromiranda and Petrovictoria, as well as oil-field services companies, commercial and trading operations.
