Palo Alto Networks, a global cybersecurity provider, completed the acquisition of CloudGenix, a cloud-delivered SD-WAN provider, from Bain Capital, a private equity firm for $420m. "As the enterprise becomes more distributed, customers want agile solutions that just work, and that applies to both security and networking.
