Clessidra and Magnetar Capital to acquire Sisma for €59m.

Private equity firms Clessidra and Magnetar Capital agreed to acquire Sisma, the Italian manufacturer of toothpicks and other personal hygiene items, for €59m. Tthe two private equity funds signed an agreement to recapitalise the company, which is presently undergoing a restructuring programme under article 67 of Italy's bankruptcy law.
