Mey Industry completed the acquisition of HEFTER Maschinenbau.

Mey Industry, the German investment company, completed the acquisition of HEFTER Maschinenbau, an industrial services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition, all shares in the Hungarian subsidiary HEFTER Hungary were acquired as part of the transaction.
