Deutsche Beteiligungs to acquire IMD Group.

Private equity firm Deutsche Beteiligungs agreed to acquire IMD Group, a provider of installation services in the field of underground cable laying and pipeline engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition complements the strategy of Deutsche Beteiligungs to build a nationwide infrastructure services group in the telecommunications sector.
