Tofane Global completed the acquisition of NOS ICS.

Tofane Global, a communications solutions group enabling operators and digital players worldwide, completed the acquisition of NOS International Carrier Services, a subsidiary of NOS, a communications and entertainment group in Portugal. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our pace completing the NOS ICS acquisition illustrates two key developments.
