Beyond International to acquire TCB Media Rights from Kew Media Group.

Beyond International, a television and film production company, agreed to acquire TCB Media Rights, a content production company, from Kew Media Group, an independent content company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mikael Borglund, CEO of BYI, stated that the acquisition of TCB is strategic and is expected to significantly increase the scale of the Beyond distribution business.
