Accursia Capital completed the acquisition of four European business units of Optimas OE Solutions.

Private equity firm Accursia Capital completed the acquisition of four European business units of Optimas OE Solutions, a specialty distributor and manufacturer of highly engineered fasteners and C-Class components. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After we successfully implemented our first two platforms - tool manufacturing and plastic moulding – Accursia Capital is establishing its third platform within supply chain management. This acquisition contributes to our stable and sustainable portfolio, which we further plan to strengthen through our proven buy and build approach," Martin Scheiblegger, Accursia Capital CEO.
