Apple completed the acquisition of Voysis from Polaris Partners.

Apple completed the acquisition of Voysis, a software development company, from Polaris Partners, an American private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is the second deal from Apple this week after it also acquired weather app Dark Sky.
