Golden Skies Ventures offered to acquire Malaysia Airlines, an airline operating company, from Khazanah Nasional, a sovereign wealth fund, for $2.5bn. “We have secured in excess of $2.5bn from the bank. We will take about three to four months to get the long-term financing,” Shahril Lamin, GSV CEO.
