Vantage Data Centers agreed to acquire Next Generation Data.

Vantage Data Centers, a provider of data center solutions, agreed to acquire Next Generation Data, a provider of computer related services and consulting, from its owner InfraVia, a private equity firm. Financial terrms were not disclosed. “Data center growth in Europe is reaching unprecedented levels.
