Callista Private Equity, a private equity firm, is set to acquire engineering technologies marketing, a manufacturer of automobile parts from BOS, an automotive supplier group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Callista intends to continue the strategic repositioning of etm and to expand the company's customer base. In the future, etm will also benefit from the extensive economies of scale and process expertise in connection with Callista's existing portfolio.
