Private equity firm Maxburg Capital completed the acquisition of metoda, a provider of software-as-a-service solutions, from Bayern Kapital and Bayern co-investors High-Tech Gründerfonds Management and Tengelmann Ventures Management. Financial terms were not disclosed. Maxburg makes long-term investments in companies from German-speaking countries.
