Bridgepoint-backed Fishawack Health completed the acquisition of Skysis for £20.7m.

Private equity firm Bridgepoint-backed Fishawack Health, a healthcare communications agency, completed the acquisition of Skysis, a boutique consulting firm providing integrated market access and commercial strategy solutions, for £20.7m. “In partnering with Bridgepoint, we have made a step-change in our ambition. We’re delighted today to add Skysis to the group.
