Recochem completed the acquisition of Adam's Polishes.

Recochem, a privately held company that specializes in fluid products for transportation, household fluids, and industrial chemicals, completed the acquisition of Adam's Polishes, a premium detailing products provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Adam’s Polishes and its production company B&B Blending both have strong technical teams that continue to develop new formulations and products for a wide range of uses. This technical effort will supplement our Nisku Technology Centre, and our newly acquired Auto-Chem R&D team, with innovative new products," Recochem.
