Creative Planning to acquire Coe Financial Services.

Creative Planning, a registered investment adviser, agreed to acquire Coe Financial Services, a provider of comprehensive financial planning and investment management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It has been a tremendous privilege to serve our wonderful clients.
