Dec Group completed the acquisition of Inno4Life from Holland Capital.

Dec Group, a global provider of contained powder handling systems, completed the acquisition of Inno4Life, an equipment manufacturer for the pharmaceutical industry, from Holland Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There is a 'natural synergy' between the two businesses. The acquisition enables Dec to further expand its position as a singlesource global solution provider and gives us the opportunity to strategically develop our product portfolio," Yves Dietrich, Dec CEO.
