Monosuisse, a provider of a wide variety of synthetic monofilaments for industrial use, completed the acquisition of the filament division of Bedea, a supplier of technical yarns, mini ropes and strands, precision tools for cold forming of metals, fiberoptical lighting systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. For Monosuisse the integration of the filament division of Bedea complements the offering in the PMC market.
