Oaktree completed the acquisition of Asacha Media Group.

Oaktree Capital Management, an American global asset management firm, completed the acquisition of Asacha Media Group, a Pan-European content creator and producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Asacha Media Group’s aim is to become an international leader in content creation and production with the financial support and business development expertise of Oaktree,” Gaspard de Chavagnac, Asacha Co-CEO.
