Afinum-backed All4golf completed the acquisition of Clubhouse Golf from Foresight Group.

Afinum-backed All4golf, a sporting goods store, completed the acquisition of Clubhouse Golf, the UK's largest independent online retailer of golf equipment, from Foresight Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined business is the clear pan-European market leader for online golf equipment retail, based out of the two largest European golf markets.
